If a woman doesn’t look like a Goddess during labor, then someone isn’t treating her right.

Birth Doula Package

Prenatal Support - In preparing for labor and delivery, it is important for me, as your doula, to get to know what your hopes are for this momentous day. Our meetings prior to your baby’s birth allows me the chance to do just that. During these appointments, we will discuss your pregnancy experiences, past and present, expectations you have for your baby’s birth, and any concerns you have as your delivery date approaches. I will work with you in developing a plan for your ideal birth. In our time together, I hope to learn what helps you in managing stress and pain, along with what does not help, so that I may best support you in having a positive experience. We will also review the doula’s scope of practice so that you know what to expect from me, along with any fees.

Labor + Birth Support - The day has arrived for you to finally meet your baby! As your doula, I will communicate with you via telephone and text when your labor has begun, and will join you at your chosen birth location once you are in active labor.

Postpartum Follow Up - The support of a doula does not end at your baby’s birth. The transition to motherhood is filled with many emotions, and I will meet with you in the weeks after your baby’s birth to process your birth and early postpartum experiences.

During this workshop, parents will have the ability to network with other parents (participation pending) while learning skills. The course is divided into 5 classes, 4 online, group-based sessions prior to your baby’s birth day and 1 following delivery to check in on how you and the rest of your cohort are adjusting to new parenthood. The total cost of this 5 course workshop is $250.
